Inyo is sensation‑first. You begin with what you notice: where your weight settles, how the ground meets your heel, what your arch is actually doing. From there, the practice unfolds. No pain scales. No severity ratings. Just awareness.

The Movement Awareness Platform walks you through a bilateral, thirteen‑region reflection on your own body — the kind of checking‑in you already guide your clients through. It generates a personal starting point, not a diagnosis.

The progression as practice.

The protocol unfolds as a progression, not a product upgrade. You wear the shoe for a couple of hours at a time and let the feet learn, the way you let a pose land over a season of work.
