The Service

Inyo is a Movement Awareness Platform that helps you build body awareness through reflective assessments, personalized protocols, and educational content. Inyo is an educational and wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or injury. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@inyo.world if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse-engineer it, scrape content beyond what an individual user would, or use it to violate any law or another person's rights.

Content and IP

The protocols, illustrations, copy, and software in Inyo are owned by Inyo, Inc. and protected by copyright and other laws. The data you create — your assessments, check-ins, and notes — belongs to you. We license it from you only to the extent necessary to operate and improve the Service.

Beta Notice

Inyo v1.0 is currently a beta release provided for feedback. Features may change or be removed. Service may be intermittently unavailable. Please share what you find.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inyo, Inc. and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
