The first block
You will feel it inside a block.
The forefoot is shaped to invite the foot to meet the ground and travel through the step instead of holding one position. Most people notice it early: more contact, a push that arrives a beat later, a foot that is doing more of the work than it did this morning. Nothing to correct. Just more to feel.
No cushion, no prop. The ground stays where the ground is.
After the first walk
Then the walk starts reporting.
Wear it through a week of ordinary ground and small things become legible: which foot is louder, where the motion pauses, how much evening is left in your feet. The movement check takes three minutes and gives that a language. The shoe is one input. What you notice is the practice.
